A Cold Turkey alternative you can't undo as admin

Cold Turkey Blocker is a strong focus tool, and its locked blocks are hard to undo. But you stay an administrator, so a determined admin can still get around it. What Cold Turkey does well
- Blocks websites and apps on a schedule or for a set time, on Windows and Mac.
- Locked blocks. According to its user guide, a locked block stops the uninstaller from working and blocks System Settings, so you can't change the clock.
- Mature, widely used, and flexible for productivity: focus sessions, schedules, allowances.
Where the approaches differ
Cold Turkey defends itself while you're still the admin. That shuts the obvious exits, but an admin account can still change the system in other ways. Fullstop takes away the admin account itself.

Which one should you use?
- Cold Turkey if you want scheduled focus time, you're on Windows, or you want to block distractions as well as porn.
- Fullstop if you're on a Mac, the goal is quitting porn, and you need something you can't take down yourself, even at 1 a.m.
Some people use both: Cold Turkey for focus, Fullstop as the always-on floor underneath.
